So this will be a quick post to show you a pair of antique French bergeres that recently arrived in the shop. My upholsterer performed miracles as the chairs were a wreck. They are now in a heavy linen fabric with a flat tape trim in the same fabric, and the new down-and-feather seats are SOOO comfy. I think these are the perfect small-ish chairs!

Lovely downswept arms with scrolls and acanthus foliage. Pillow fabric is "Chou Chou" from Sister Parish.
